User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between the User and the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" and regulates the use of the website www.ngocsi.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which is owned by the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives."

1. General Provisions

1. The Website may only be used by an individual (the "User") who has accepted all terms of this Agreement, available at www.ngocsi.com, as well as other rules provided on the Website.

2. The User must familiarize themselves with this Agreement before using the Website. By using any part of the Website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement with the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives." If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they are not granted User status and are prohibited from using the Website.

3. The terms of the Agreement apply to all Website users, including unregistered users and registered users with an account. An account refers to a set of user information and authorization data (login and password).

2. Rights, Obligations, and Responsibilities of the User and the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives"

2.1 User Rights and Obligations

1. Full access to the Website, including viewing detailed information about other users and sending messages, is available only to registered Users (those who have created an account).

2. If the User believes that the Website contains information that violates their rights, they must notify the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" and provide evidence of such violation. If the User provides false information regarding a rights violation, they bear full responsibility for any resulting damages (including all costs, state duties, and attorney fees).

3. Users are prohibited from:

   • Inciting religious, racial, or interethnic hatred.

   • Committing actions that violate the rights, freedoms, honor, or dignity of any individual.

   • Insulting others.

   • Using obscene language, even in disguised forms.

   • Posting excessively non-informative content.

   • Provoking verbal disputes unrelated to the original cause of the discussion.

   • Creating multiple accounts if they belong to the same individual.

   • Misleading other users.

   • Sharing their account credentials with third parties.

   • Registering an account on behalf of or instead of another person unless authorized by Ukrainian law.

   • Posting content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights belonging to the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" or third parties.

   • Posting information that violates the rights or lawful interests of third parties, including photos or videos of individuals without their consent.

   • Uploading advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials.

   • Using automated tools to collect information from the Website.

   • Illegally collecting, organizing, storing, or distributing personal information about other users.

   • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

   • Uploading viruses or programs that could disrupt or damage equipment or software.

2.2 User Responsibility

1. The User is solely responsible for their use of information posted on the Website.

2. The User bears sole responsibility to third parties for their actions or inactions while using the Website.

3. The User agrees to resolve all third-party claims related to their actions or inactions while using the Website at their own expense.

4. Unless proven otherwise, any actions performed using the User's account, login, or password are considered to have been performed by the User.

5. If the User posts content or engages in actions on the Website that violate the Agreement, the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" may, at its discretion and without notice, delete the User's content.

6. For violations of the Agreement, the Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" may block the User's access to the Website or delete their account without prior notice.

2.3 Responsibilities of the Public Organization

1. The Organization is not responsible for third-party use of content posted by Users, including copying, reproducing, or distributing such content.

2. The Organization does not compensate for direct or indirect damages incurred by Users or third parties due to the use or inability to use the Website.

3. The Organization does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or relevance of information posted on the Website.

4. The Organization is not responsible for the content of external websites linked on the Website.

3. Other Provisions

1. The Public Organization "Center for Sustainable Initiatives" reserves the right to amend this Agreement. All changes will be published as a new version of the Agreement on the Website. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Users via email. Changes take effect upon publication.

2. The Organization is not responsible for damages caused to Users or third parties due to misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the Agreement.

3. Users grant the Organization the right to send them notifications related to the Website or the Organization's activities.

4. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

5. The Website is provided "as is." The Organization does not guarantee the Website will meet the User's expectations or operate without interruptions or errors.

6. The Organization may assign its rights under this Agreement to third parties without prior notice.

7. Ukrainian law governs this Agreement and related matters. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts with exclusive jurisdiction.
